Mandatory Skils 


A minimum of 3 years work experience in HR, of which at least 1 year would have been focused on HR systems (supporting a complex HRIS or part of a complex HRIS implementation project team) or a minimum of 3 years work experience in IT applications support, of which at least 1 year would be focussed on a complex HR system, which must include substantial direct user interaction (i.e. not a back office developer).

The successful candidate must not only have fluency in written and spoken English, but must also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the challenges that providing remote support to non-native English speakers encompasses.

Nice to have 


Experience of the ADP (HRIS) application or other enterprise wide HR system, such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle HR, Workday, Success Factors, etc.

Understanding of complex relational database environments and workflow systems, ideally web native

Experience with Recruitment/Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo; Kenexa; Job Vite

Experience of advanced reporting tools such as Cognos, Crystal reports, Business Objects



Reporting to the Support Team Lead, Global HR Systems, based in the US and who leads the level 2 global support team for two global HR Systems supporting approximately 240 users across 42 countries (these users maintain the Human Resources records of around 40,000 employee records across 74 countries).  

The job holder in this role is part of a global support team, and will have responsibility for providing and/or facilitating the suite of support activities to users in multiple regions and shift work will be required in order to facilitate this.  They will be expected to become subject matter expert in designated areas of system functionality.
